Join UVA Darden for research-grounded insights about the promise and peril of artificial intelligence from leading authorities in academia and business
This Friday, our friends at UVA Darden are holding the 3rd Annual UVA Conference on Ethical Artificial Intelligence in Business — and ticket sales end today! Organized by the LaCross AI Institute, the event will take place at the Forum Hotel adjacent to the Darden School of Business.
Here’s what their event page has to say:
The UVA Conference on Ethical AI in Business will cut through [the] noise and provide research-grounded insights about the promise and peril of artificial intelligence from some of the leading authorities in academia and business. Attendees will hear from UVA researchers about the true state of AI progress and recent innovations that are making their way into products and practice as we speak. They will also hear from business experts about the real results, good and bad, that they are experiencing using artificial intelligence in their organizations.
And throughout, UVA Darden’s renowned expertise in business ethics will provide the foundation to discuss and address the ethical issues and opportunities inherent in this powerful new technology.
The conference organizers have assembled a remarkable program featuring speakers from across academia and industry — including a keynote from Peter McCrory, the Head of Economics at Anthropic.
Tickets are $27-$80, with discounts for UVA students, faculty, and alumni. Ticket sales end today, so be sure to get yours before they sell out!
